[Notice] Update on the Blue Swan Pin and Shipping Status



This is Addignishop. We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the Blue Swan pin.

As you may recall, we experienced a shortage of the Blue Swan pin which affected approximately 50 orders. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We announced this issue back in February and have been working diligently to resolve it.


1. For orders containing Blue Swan pin

We are happy to inform you that the Blue Swan pin has finished production and is expected to arrive on March 10th. Shipping of the affected orders will begin in the coming weeks. As usual, we will ship out orders in chronological sequence. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have worked through this situation. We appreciate your business and look forward to fulfilling your orders.

3. For shipped orders that has been marked in the tracking site as "returned to sender"

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts/returned mail that is caused by the negligence of an external party (such as the postal service losing your package, customer providing incomplete address, your neighbour stealing your package, your country's customs refusing your package for unknown reasons, etc). Thus, we will not be covering for any additional shipping expense.
