How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Processing time for in-stock orders may take up to 2-8 weeks before the order is finally shipped out.
Shipping time (the time it takes for your shipment to arrive since the time of dispatch) may vary wildly between 2 weeks to several months. This is dependent on various factors outside the shop's control, such as customs processing time upon arrival in your country. The shop is not responsible for anything that happens after your order has been shipped out.
For preorders or orders containing items still in production, it may take between 2 month up to 6 months from the time of your purchase. The estimated ship by date differs for different listing. A significantly longer time is needed for pre-order items. The estimated starting date of shipment for any given pre-order item is provided in each respective product listing. It is the customer's responsibility to read the products thoroughly before making a purchase. 

All orders may take longer to be dispatched and shipped in the event of unexpected circumstances (such as travel bans due to coronavirus spread, manufacturing delays, stock shortage, etc).
Shipping delays may last up to several months without prior notice.

No refunds are allowed. See Refund Policy for more information.

Please only order if you are comfortable with waiting.

There is zero tolerance for any customer who attempts to harass, extort, or display any kind of behavior deemed as rude, hostile, or unsavory towards the shop. Such individuals will be banned and blacklisted by the shop. The shop has the right to refuse service to any individual who displays inappropriate behaviour.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

These examples below are only estimates based on past non-covid circumstances. The real shipping duration may vary.
By default, all International orders are shipped via Airmail with tracking number, while all Domestic orders (Singapore) are shipped via QXpress with tracking as of March 2021.


Domestic Orders (Singapore)
Normal mail: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch

International Orders (Worldwide)

Registered Airmail (with tracking):
America: 10-15 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-10 business days

These are all only estimates. I use Singpost to ship the orders, once it is shipped out, it is beyond my control. The extent of my knowledge on the exact tracking progression of your order is only as much as what singpost tracking provides.
This info is also accessible to you as you will be able to track your order yourself using the tracking number provided to you, which you will receive once your order has been dispatched.

Actual delivery time may vary widely, depending on the efficiency of your local post office! I cannot control this.


Why is my tracking stuck at "Arrived in [Destination Country]" ?


Tracking details may vary depending on country. Singpost will provide information up till dispatch from Singapore's airport. Once it arrives in your country, the responsibility of providing tracking information will fall on your country's post office. Certain countries may not provide any further tracking information at all. This is beyond my control.

If you feel your order is taking too long to arrive, you may consider asking your local post office as they would have more information on your package. 
The shop is not responsible for any failure caused by external third party services, including courier companies or postal services.

If they still do not provide any answer, you can contact me. Tell me your order number, email address, full address. I will try to make an investigation request to Singpost. Singpost will subsequently conduct an internal investigation.

For Brazilian customers, please fill in your CPF number in the notes section, or in your address. I would highly advise getting tracked mail as well. 


My order was returned to sender! What do I do?

Contact me directly. In that case, I will wait for your package to arrive back to me, and I will then ship it back to you again. Take note that you will have to pay for the shipping fee in order to proceed with the second delivery atempt.
