Do you accept commissions?

Sorry, I am currently not accepting commissions.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time is 2-6 weeks for instocks, 2-6 months for preorders depending on how long the production is. Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, but this varies depending on circumstances out of our control such as delays at customs or high delivery load. The wrong item was sent for my order! What should I do?

In the event that the wrong item (i.e. item the buyer received has with a design completely different from what the buyer originally ordered and/or requested), you may contact the shop email and a replacement will be provided.

However, it will not be provided for damages caused from mishandled shipping by the shipping service. For more information, please check out our Refund policy page.

 

There is a defect in my order! I demand a refund!

Photographic proof would have to be provided to prove that the item received does qualify as Grade B based on the definition given by the shop.

The proof will be cross referenced with an archive photo of your pins taken at the time the shop packed your order. If the shop believes that a mistake has been made, the shop will refund an amount equivalent to the difference between the price of Standard grade at the time of your purchase of the product, and the price of Grade B at the time of your purchase of the product.

However, if the shop finds that the poor quality of the item in the photograph provided by the buyer does not match the quality of the product that the seller has originally sent out, wherein the product has been believed to be tampered with, altered, and/or damaged by the buyer and/or other external party, no refunds or any other form of compensation will be provided to the buyer. The seller is not responsible or liable for any actions, mistakes, or mishandling done by any third-party and/or the buyer.

My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?

I'm very sorry to hear that! Shipping can sometimes take up to 3 months with some countries, so your order may still arrive yet. I do not accept refunds due to delayed or missing packages. That being said, if it has been more than 3 months and your order still has not arrived, do contact me via email and I will see what I can do. For more information, please check out our Shipping Policy page.
