Can I get a refund?
Strictly NO refund is allowed if items are purchased using any kind of discount.
Strictly NO refund is allowed for PREORDER items.
A Partial Refund is allowed for purchases that contains ONLY INSTOCK items and only if the refund is requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. The partial refund is as follows: The refund given will consist of only 60% of the subtotal price of items in your order. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
By purchasing from this shop, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions, including those mentioned on this page regarding Refund policy as well as the shipping policy.
The shop will not be held liable should you fail to properly read and understand the terms and conditions you have agreed to. Failure to read and understand the terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund if my order has been shipped out?
No.
Can I get a refund on shipping fee? I made more than one order and I want to combine order. I have paid for shipping each time I made an order. Can I get the extra shipping fee refunded?
No. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the Combine Order instructions page correctly to avoid paying excess shipping. The customer's failure to follow the instructions provided is not the shop's responsibility. The shop does not provide refunds for shipping fee.

Can I get a refund if my order was sent to the wrong address? I didn't realize I wrote the wrong address!
No. The customer is responsible for writing their address and neccesary details correctly. The shop is not liable for the customer's failure to provide the correct information.
Can I get a refund if the postal service delivered to the wrong address?
No. The shop is not responsible for the mistakes committed by external third party services, including in the event of the postal service making a misdelivery or failed delivery attempt. Strictly no refund and no compensation will be provided if the mistake is not on the part of the shop.
My order came in damaged! Can I get a refund?
If the damage is caused by mishandling during shipping, the shop is not liable and no refund will be provided.
However, the shop tries their best to ensure the safety of your package, your package will be wrapped in bubble wrap or sent in rigid envelope for art prints, to reduce the risk of damage during its shipping journey. However, certain countries have better track record. And other countries, are less careful in shipment. Unfortunately, I cannot help this as it is beyond my control.
My order is not the quality that I expect it to be! Can I get a refund?
In the rare event that you purchased a Standard Grade but a Grade B pin was received instead, a partial refund equivalent to the difference in price between the Standard and B grade quality of the same item will be provided to the buyer if and only if a Photographic proof has been provided by the buyer that the seler deems as legitimate.
Photographic proof would have to be provided to prove that the item received does qualify as Grade B based on the definition given by the shop. For more Information on how the shop defines Standard and Grade B items, please refer to the following page.
The proof will be cross referenced with an archive photo of your pins taken at the time the shop packed your order. If the shop believes that a mistake has been made, the shop will refund an amount equivalent to the difference between the price of Standard grade at the time of your purchase of the product, and the price of Grade B at the time of your purchase of the product. However, if the shop finds that the poor quality of the item in the photograph provided by the buyer does not match the quality of the product that the seller has originally sent out, wherein the product has been believed to be tampered with, altered, and/or damaged by the buyer and/or other external party, no refunds or any other form of compensation will be provided to the buyer. The seller is not responsible or liable for any actions, mistakes, or mishandling done by any third-party and/or the buyer.
